UK Wide Delivery & Returns
We are now pleased to be offering UK Mainland delivery and installation for just £49 on all items, to help make getting your dream sofa or bed even easier. We know you can’t wait to try your item and that’s why we aim to deliver within 12-14 weeks from the time of your order. As soon as your order comes off production we'll notify the carriers to arrange collection of your order and then they'll deliver within 10 working days of collecting from the factory.
If you’ve created a bespoke headboard in a choice of our beautiful fabric collections, this could take a little longer than the time scale so we’ll keep you updated on the progress of your order. For smaller items from our accessories and furniture ranges, delivery will be by courier within 10 days from when the item is in stock.
Our delivery rates are as follows (please note these are for mainland UK deliveries only):
- Sofas, Chairs, Beds, headboards, divans and large furniture items: £49 one off charge per order
- Accessories, small furniture items via Parcelforce: £9 one off charge per order
We are happy to accept orders to be delivered to the remote highlands (north of Inverness) or to the outside of mainland UK, but it’s best to call us on 0161 925 8503 so that we can advise you of a delivery price based on your location.
For our beds, they are shipped disassembled so getting them into your room is made much easier for our experienced delivery drivers who will assemble the bed in your room of choice and remove any packaging. Our carriers operate on a 10 working day service and will contact you a few days before to book in a delivery slot.

We operate a 14 day returns policy from the date of delivery. You can return an item to us during this period for any reason provided it is returned in an as-new saleable condition. There will be a return delivery charge for items which aren’t faulty, more information can be found in our Terms & Conditions.
Regretfully due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of mattresses without their original protective covering, so please make sure the mattress you have chosen is comfortable for you before unwrapping!
Please note: if you order an upholstered item in your choice of fabric or with specific dimensions, your automatic right to return is revoked as the item has been created specifically for you. This does not affect returns due to faults in manufacturing.
