Fun and Simple Spring Décor Ideas

Call us optimistic, but spring has officially sprung – and we’re already packing away the extra bedding and heaters and opening the doors – quite literally – to light and airy décor.

We’ve listed below a few budget friendly ways of incorporating little pieces of spring décor into your home. And don’t worry, they’re really simple and easy to find – enjoy!

Honeycomb Style Shelves

These beautiful honeycomb style shelves offer style, convenience and a unique feature to any space. They are ideal for all year round, but their perfect reflection of nature will get you into the spring spirit in no time! Best of all, there are plenty of tutorials floating around the internet to make this style of shelves yourself. And if you don’t fancy that, there are lots of these about so we’d definitely suggest shopping around to find the best price.

Mason Jars

Mason jars are very in trend at the moment, but come in especially useful during spring. Whether you want to use them as a vase for your flowers or store a fresh, home-made smoothie; these are easily one of the most cost effective and versatile kitchen decorations/utilities. And again, there are lots of tutorials online to find fun and innovative ways of incorporating these lovely little jars into, not only your kitchen, your entire home (we recommend using them to store strawberries in the summer!)

Fresh, Light Bed Linen

Now not forgetting the bedroom; nothing says spring more than fresh, white, bed linen. After muddling through winter with at least six layers wrapped around you at all times, changing your bedding to a light and airy, almost colourless, design will give your mind (and bedroom) a much needed spring clean. We personally think that white bed linen is massively underrated and looks both clean and elegant. As summer comes around you could even treat yourself to some fun scatter cushions!
